Contribute ETH and participate in the $VKA TGE to obtain your share of 8,000,000 $VKA tokens through a price discovery mechanism

Before participating in the Token Generation Event (TGE), you must confirm that you are not located, incorporated, or a citizen or resident of the United States of America, People’s Republic of China, Bermuda, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Palestine, Republic of Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Western Sahara, Yemen, Crimea and Sevastopol, or any other state, country, or jurisdiction where participation in this launch would be illegal according to applicable law.

Whitelist Period: Monday, October 16th 2023, 12PM UTC - Tuesday, October 17th 2023, 12AM UTC (12 hours)

Public Period: Tuesday, October 17th 2023, 12AM UTC - Thursday, October 19th 2023 12PM UTC

Whitelist Cap: 200 ETH (First Come First Serve basis)

Minimum purchase amount: None

Maximum purchase amount: None

Benefits: Whitelisted users can secure their share of portion, 200ETH/500ETH (40% of the total TGE supply), even if the final total contribution is oversubscribed. See Price Calculation Method for more details.

Whitelist Price: Same as the Public Sale participants, in which the final price will be determined by the final total contribution (Total Whitelist Contributions + Total Public Contributions). See Price Calculation Method for more details.

Participants can join both Whitelisted and Public Round. It is not mutually exclusive.

If the whitelisted amount (200ETH) is not filled, all the remaining will be reserved for Public round

Valuation

Token price in TGE will be discounted compare to the fair value of token in 2 months. To see more on the valuation of $VKA, visit the Valuation page.

Furthermore, the circulating supply will be kept low during the initial months. There won't be any additional $VKA circulating for the first month, and it will be less than 1.5% for the first three months. This strategy alleviates selling pressure on $VKA and benefits $VKA holders.

Price Calculation Method

Participate in the $VKA Token Generation Event for a transparent and equitable opportunity to obtain your share of 8,000,000 $VKA tokens through a price discovery mechanism. Contribute ETH and claim ALL your $VKA tokens immediately after the event. The acquisition price of VKA tokens will be uniform for all participants, which ensures equal opportunities for participation without favoring snipe bots, high gas spenders (such as whales), or those with insider access.

If contributions surpass this cap during the TGE, distribution of $VKA will be proportionate, and any remaining unused ETH will be refunded.

Example Scenario 1:

Peter is whitelisted and contributes 15ETH to the TGE. The total ETH contributed in whitelist round is 200ETH and the total ETH contributed in public round is 800ETH.

• Final price = Min(500, 200+800) / 8,000,000 = 500/8,000,000 = 0.0000625ETH

• Received $VKA Amount = 15/200 * 8,000,000 * (200/500) = 240,000VKA

• Refund to Peter = 0, Since Peter joined the whitelisted round, and the whitelisted round is first come first serve basis

Example Scenario 2:

Peter is not whitelisted and contributes 15ETH to the TGE in public round. The total ETH contributed in whitelist round is 200ETH and the total ETH contributed in public round is 800ETH.

• Final price = Min(500, 200+800) / 8,000,000 = 500/8,000,000 = 0.0000625ETH

• Received $VKA Amount = 15/800 * (8,000,000 - 8,000,000*200/500)= 90,000 $VKA

• Refund = 15 - (15/800*Min(500-200,800)) = 15 - (0.01875*300) = 9.375ETH

Example Scenario 3:

Peter is not whitelisted and contributes 15ETH to the TGE in public round. The total ETH contributed in whitelist round is 50ETH and the total ETH contributed in public round is 400ETH.

• Final price = Min(500, 50+400) / 8,000,000 = 450/8,000,000 = 0.00005625ETH

• Received $VKA Amount = 15/400 * (8,000,000 - 8,000,000*50/450)= 266,667 $VKA

• Refund = 15 - (15/450*Min(500-50,450)) = 0ETH
